Welcome to the parishes of St Martin’s, West Acton and All Saints, Ealing Common. We are Church of England (Anglican/Episcopalian), independent sister churches working as a team under our vicar, the Rev. Dr. Nicholas Henderson.
We are both situated close to Ealing Common, with lively, cosmopolitan congregations that very much mirror the population of the area.
Details of our two churches, our beliefs and of the activities we do, both together and separately, can be found on this website. We hope you will find them interesting and helpful. Links to both parishes are below.

Why should I come to church?
Well there are about as many answers to this question as there are people in the average congregation.
The obvious reply is “to worship God”.
Lots of non-churchgoers reply to this point that they worship without coming to church. And they believe it to be true, as, up to a certain extent, it is. However, solitary worship is very one dimensional, there are no chances to gain insight from others or hear new and exciting ideas. Churchgoers will tell you that going to church gives a whole other dimension to worship. There is a sense of joy and fellowship, as you join together to praise and thank your creator, you are able to hear other people’s ideas on what God and Jesus mean to them, and expand the boundaries of your understanding with the teaching that is given.
Isn’t everyone that goes to church very set in their ways and boring?
No. Some are, as in every walk of life. But the majority are people like you. Churches are mini communities and have every type of person in them.
Will they welcome me?
Well, St Martin’s and All Saints would. We like having new people join us, and enjoy making friends with them.
