A very warm welcome from St Martin’s Church, West Acton.

We are a friendly and lively church, with members of all ages and backgrounds. The congregation reflects this area of West London. It is largely residential with several good schools and facilities nearby, so as you would expect we have several young families. However, the area has good links into central London, so we also have more established couples and single people. In short, we are lucky enough to have a wide variety of parishioners. We also have a large number of people who live outside our Parish boundary but who chose to come to us to worship and be part of our Community

We run a mix of traditional and more modern styles of worship. At 8.00am and 6.30pm we have the traditional prayer book services of Morning Prayer and Evensong. At 10.00 am we have a more modern but still structured Parish Eucharist. At this service we have a Junior Church in the Parish Hall, (more about Junior Church in a different section). Once a month we have a more informal Family Service where the children and their activities are an integral part of the service.

We aim to be a friendly and approachable resource to the neighbourhood, helping them grow and develop an understanding of the Christian Faith, the love of God and of Jesus Christ his son. We work with our sister Church of All Saints, Ealing Common, to provide a framework of prayer to support the local area, both those who have a faith and those who do not.
